Committees 2008
All Rotary Clubs are divided into committees to help drive forward projects supported by the club. Our current committee structure is outlined below.

| Club Service | To develop and maintain the structure of the club. | Preparing the Calendar of Activities for the Club, arranging Club Charter Night, Speakers for Club Nights, Functions with our Partners and Change-over activities. Organising the positioning of the Life Aid exhibition trailer at all local Primary Schools. |
| International | To propose overseas projects and charitable causes to be supported by the club. | Despatching Aqua boxes and Shelter boxes to major disaster areas.
Financing the supply and delivery of 10 refurbished computers to
an Orphanage near Lusaka in Zambia and liaising with the Principal

| Vocational and Community Service | Arranging visits to local Industrial & Commercial Businesses which have recently included Centre Parcs Holiday Village . Penrith Effluent Treatment Complex, a Graphic Design studio and a Warehousing and Distribution Unit. | |
| Youth | To propose and manage projects to support young people, usually in our local community. | Liasing with the local Grammar school on selection of candidates
for participation in the Rotary Young Leaders Award scheme and working with the Department in arranging the Design and Technology competition and awarding prizes. |
| Yomp | To organise the annual Yomp, the main fund-raising event of the Upper Eden Rotary Club. | Yomp |
